Thanks to its strong structure, Ribbed Valley PVC allows controlled and proper discharge of rain water from the roof surface in pitched valley gutters. It is fitted with a high number of longitudinal valleys (water sets) in order to facilitate water flow. Its strong lateral valleys provide full protection against water leakage. Ribbed Valley PVC has UV strength and has a perfect resistance to heavy weather conditions and ultraviolet rays. It is produced in harmony with the color of the roof tile and highly aesthetic.
Ribbed Valley PVC is easy to apply. It does not require any special workmanship or apparatus. Weld or solder is not used at joints and there is no risk of work-related deformation risk.
Bottom of ribbed valley is supported with a wooden batten in sizes of around 4x2 cm hammered on both sides across the ribbed valley. Roof tiles should be laid in a way to insert min. 10 cm into the ribbed valley in order to prevent water penetration under the roof tile.
The application is continued by mounting the ribbed valley on the side of ridge on the moulding of 20 cm located on the top of ribbed valley on the side of gutter.
Application is continued this way from the gutter line to the ridge line. On the gutter line, ribbed valley is cut in a way to insert 3 cm into the rain gutter.
